and Conditions, to which you have agreed on joining NewFriends4U. You agree not ot violate these Rules or Terms and Conditions. If you breach these Rules or Terms & Conditions NewFriends4U reserve the right to prohibit your use of the Forum or suspend your membership at our discretion.
NewFriends4U.com reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread, post or topic for any reason at their discretion.
You agree to abide by the following simple common sense rules:
1. Forum Friendly – Posting Messages:
Before posting your message or starting a new topic check you are in the correct forum. There are different forums for different subjects. Please stay within the topic area of the forum you are posting a message in, and within any topic that another poster may have started.
2. USING ALL CAPITAL LETTERS:
Using non stop capital letters is the equivalent to “YELLING” on
the web. Please be courteous to other forum users and Avoid using your
keyboard Caps Lock.
3. Be Descriptive, Specific & Succinct:
Posting this way your opinion and point is clearly understood and referenced.
4. Respecting Other Users:
We ask that you always be respectful and courteous to other forum users before you post. Please treat others the way you wish to be treated. We put the system online in good faith; please use it in good faith.
5. You Are Forbidden To Post:
1 ) Advertisements, press releases, newsletters, web pages, or copyrighted content. A link to the content is acceptable and appropriate. It will be the sole discretion of NewFriends4U.com what constitutes an advertisement.
2 ) Any promotional links or URLs to sites you are promoting, review my site
posts, or other similarly themed web sites or businesses.
3 ) Links to adult content, pages with links to adult content, near adult content, address of any website that, in our opinion, promotes or contains obscene, racist, abusive, libellous, threatening, harassing or illegal content, or other content that we deem unsuitable.
4) Signature files, nor specifics that would lead people to your site. Signing your name is fine, however commercialized posts or resume signatures are not permitted.
5) Personal email addresses and contact details. Please use your NewFriends4U mailbox to contact members privately.
6) Affiliate based URLs which are not allowed anywhere on the system.
6. Advertising Your Personal Profile:
The Message Boards are designed to hold discussions and to socialise. Our Message board is not designed to be used as an advertising board.
You agree not to post a message solely as an advertisement of your personal
profile.
7. Offensive Language:
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages
that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-explicit, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws. Please keep your language clean and decent. This includes personal inflammatory language as well as obscenities.
8. Monopolising The Boards In General
You should not use the discussion boards for plastering your views all over.
This can be off-putting. Quality not quantity.
9. Personal References & Exposure:
It is not permitted to divulge personal or confidential information about other members of the site by being offensive, hurtful, to misrepresent the person concerned, or invade their privacy. Anyone posting other members personal details without permission will be barred.
10. Administration Policy & Decisions:
The NewFriends4U Forum may not be used for discussing our administration policy.

11. Spamming:
Repeatedly posting the same message, pointless posts with little or no unique content is considered 'Spamming' and is not permitted on these boards.
12. Flaming & Retaliation:

13. Personal & Private Vendetta’s
This forum is not a venue for the resolution of personal disputes with members or companies. Keep your personal business as just that - personal.
