My few friends are in Kent (South of England) and I miss them. I live in Wales for 2 years now but does not have real opportunities for new friendship, being rather geographically isolated (although the valley where I live in is beautiful)and my husband tends to prefer the TV to socialising!!!). I am not very good at cooking nor baking. I would like to go out from time to time with my friends to "escape" from my current studies (with the Open University), share ideas... and enjoy the pleasure of seeing each other.

Hi, Dave here, born at a very young age, grew up as a child, hit puberty with a bang, managed to get to be an adult(well as adult as a man can be!), went through a long painful relationship, and more recently have come out of a relationship that I thought was for life. There's no guarantees are there? Had a heart attack and a triple bypass few years ago, best thing that ever happened to me, lost 4 stone, stopped smoking, started walking, cycling, going to the gym, changed my diet. I can cook a mean veggie low fat pasta dish!
What am I looking for? Love and companionship. I miss all the small things a relationship gives, good night kiss, hugs, the tender touch showing that the other person has feelings for you, such as the placing of a hand on your shoulder, holding hands, walking arm in arm, smiling at each other for no apparent reason etc. If I'm honest I also miss going to sleep with a woman and waking up with them, I love the feel of skin on skin and lying together holding each other is one of the most fantastic experiences on this earth, and I'm not talking about anything sexual, just that feeling of being together. Don't get me wrong, sex between two people in love is beautiful, I like to make love not have sex.

UK rock fans of any age or gender enquire within! I've found more and more recently that I don't have that much in common with the wonderful friends I've had for 10 years. I love rock music, I love going to gigs, I love travelling, random trips and spontaneity. I wanna meet creative people who like to go to gigs and travel and live their lives to the max rather than working the 9-5 then going home and doing nothing, which is what I'm doing most of the time these days :-(
